For different scenarios such as furniture, elevators, and interior and exterior walls,it can be optimized for the weight, strength, fire resistance, moisture resistance, and other properties of stone honeycomb panels. For example, by combining aluminum honeycomb core with 3-5mm natural stone, weight reduction of over 80% can be achieved while increasing compressive strength by 3-5 times. The ultra-thin stone veneer honeycomb panel is a high-tech product produced by the compound of 3mm-5mm thick slices of natural granite/marble and aluminum honeycomb panels. Stone veneer aluminum honeycomb panel are constructed using a unique, laminated, composite material structure for extreme strength, low weight, and ductility.

Bonding
After pretreatment , aluminum honeycomb panel or fiberglass honeycomb panel is as backing for reinforcement. The stone slab is bonded with the backing by high-strength epoxy adhesive.
Splitting
When glue cured,it is the sandwich panel of aluminum honeycomb on both faces with the stone in the middle. The panel is then splitting down the middle of the stone slab to produce two panels.
Calibrating & Polishing
This process requires calibrating the thickness, and then gradually grinding and polishing to make the thickness, flatness, and gloss meet the requirements.
Inflared cutting
Debug the equipment and perform shaping and cutting processing according to the specifications and dimensions of the required drawings.
Prelay
After drying and waterproofing, stone honeycomb panels are prelay according to the order requirements and expected use.
Full-inspection
In the full inspection process, the honeycomb panel manufacturer inspects the finished product to ensure that there are no defects, such as cracks or breaks, and that the panels are the correct size and thickness. This ensures that the panels meet the desired quality standards and can be installed correctly.
Packaging
Stone honeycomb panels are carefully packed to ensure that they remain in perfect condition during shipping. The panels are often wrapped in protective materials, such as foam or plastic, to protect them from damage during transportation.
