On the day of the activity, all employees and their families gathered in front of the gate of Yundonghai Wetland Park for on a hiking trip. The entire journey is about 4 kilometers, with green trees and fresh air along the way, connecting the natural beauty and cultural landscape of the park. In the hiking route, under the guidance of the coach, fun task challenges are carried out, such as "round to the end", "chopstick passing", "fun throwing pot" The activities, not only test physical strength and endurance, but also emphasize division of labor, cooperation and strategic communication. In terms of activity arrangement, set up supply stations to replenish employees' physical strength. After more than 2 hours of hiking, all employees successfully reached the finish line.
After the hike, everyone moved to the nearby ecological campsite and started their afternoon tea leisure time. Multiple entertainment devices are set up in the campsite for employees to choose from, such as karaoke, table tennis, fishing grounds, etc. At 6 pm, the barbecue session began. Inside the campsite, the ovens, ingredients, seasonings, and other supplies were already prepared. The employees quickly divided the work and cooperated, some were responsible for preheating the fire, some focused on ingredient processing, and some transformed into "barbecue masters", skillfully flipping grilled skewers and sprinkling cumin, chili powder, and other seasonings. The aroma of the formation instantly spread.
