1. Production process

If you choose a floor plan thermal integrated machine, because the working pressure is produced by elasticity, the released working pressure can be controlled according to the adjustment of the aspect ratio. Therefore, the products produced by this type of processing technology have higher bonding strength and are very stable.
2. The surface of sheet metal aluminum plate.
The oil stains on the surface of sheet metal aluminum plates, stolen goods, and loose air oxide layers produced by nature will seriously endanger the practical effect of aluminum honeycomb panel adhesion. Therefore, it must be cleaned and normalized. The aluminum surface layer can be solved by pickling phosphating or chromizing, so that the surface layer of the aluminum plate produces an inseparable organic chemical conversion film, and the aluminum plate after the solution can be easily bonded.
