2. Honeycomb plate aluminum alloy melting furnace

The mold structure of the cast iron casting bar is very poor, and there are a lot of slag inclusions and bubbles in the cast rod. The quality of the cast rod is very poor. Nowadays, the general use of the factory is horizontal casting (also called continuous casting) and semi-continuous casting. , semi-continuous casting of most wire rope drives, the best hydraulic drive. Semi-continuous casting rods vary in length, typically 3 meters, 4 meters up to 8 meters. The semi-continuous casting is a pit type, which is lowered while casting, and is cooled by four sides with cold water. The crystal structure of the cast rod is uniform and fine due to uniform water cooling. However, the wire rope is driven downwards, which is not as smooth as the hydraulic transmission. There are a small number of domestically produced ones, and most of them are Japanese, American and German, and have hydraulic pressure and oil pressure. In short, hundreds of domestic extruders are varied. It is generally believed that Japanese, American, and German extruders are better. Good and bad extruders, the same cast rods, the quality of the extruded profiles is no different. We often see 6063T5 for aluminum doors and windows in the building, which is the international standard for American brands.

The quenching of the metal is quenching when the high temperature suddenly drops to a low temperature.
