The edges of the overlapping part of the board are only installed on both sides along the length direction. The board system can provide a variety of shapes and functions for the design, such as sound-absorbing panels, strip panels, square panels and special-shaped panels can be customized according to customer needs. 3. Honeycomb board structure:
1）Aluminum plate surface: Mainly select high-quality 3003H24 aluminum alloy plate as the fluorocarbon roll-coated plate with substrate thickness of 0.8-1.5mm.
2）Aluminum base plate: the base plate thickness is 0.5-1.0mm
3）Aluminum honeycomb: The core material uses hexagonal 3003H24 honeycomb core aluminum foil, thickness 0.04-0.07mm, and side length 5-6mm
4）Adhesive: using two-component polymer epoxy film and two-component modified epoxy resin.
5）Surface treatment: AKZO NOBEL electrostatic powder spraying, fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain, marble grain, ceramics
