The surface of the aluminum honeycomb panel is made of fluorocarbon roll-coated aluminum alloy sheet. The aluminum honeycomb conforms to American aviation standards in the middle. The special composite process cold pressing and hot pressing technology are used to make the aluminum honeycomb panel light in weight, soundproof and heat-insulating, fireproof, environmental protection, not fragile, strong rigidity and no deformation.
1. High flatness surface
The high-strength mild aluminum honeycomb core material is sandwiched between the two layers of aluminum plates to form such an ideal plate with extremely high flatness and minimal deformation.
2. Large plate surface
Due to the light weight and high strength of the composite structure board, the maximum width of the board can reach 1500mm, while the flatness of the board surface can still be maintained. If the longest board length 6000mm is used to make the ceiling, the number of plates required can be minimized.
3. Smooth surface
The smooth surface treatment of the aluminum plate, the good flat surface and the smallest seam interval make the entire suspended ceiling area present a very wide and flat appearance.
4. Narrow seams
