There are several steps:
A. change all irregular hand drawings to AutoCAD drawings, print three copies after confirmation, and bind them into volumes according to batches and drawing numbers. One copy for Technology (transferred to archives after completion), one copy for workshop and one copy for quality assurance inspection.
B. drawings without aluminum honeycomb plate number shall be numbered uniformly. Further number the numbered drawing numbers: suffix + a stands for panel; suffix + B stands for bottom plate; suffix + C stands for aluminum honeycomb core; and so on.
C. The bending coefficient of aluminum plate or other material surface and base plate to be processed by sheet metal shall be measured carefully and filed D. compile catalogue, calculate single area and total area, etc.
E. for the plate to be processed by sheet metal, the sheet metal unfolding drawing shall be drawn according to the bending coefficient, and the size shall be indicated. If the inside and outside are not indicated on the drawing, the expansion drawing shall be drawn after implementation. In general, the side of the main view facing the person on the development drawing is the internal surface (usually uncoated surface), and other cases shall be specially noted. Three copies shall be printed and bound into volumes according to batches and drawing numbers. One copy for Technology (transferred to archives after completion), one copy for workshop and one copy for quality assurance inspection.
F. prepare sheet metal processing instructions, indicating the processing process, tolerance requirements, precautions, processing points, etc.
G. prepare sheet metal processing blanking table with large font. The texture direction along the length direction is "↑"; the texture direction along the width direction is "→".
H. if it is necessary to carry out CNC blanking and CNC opening, it is necessary to carry out computer programming, and store it in the U disk and other technical data to the workshop director for signature.
I. prepare the processing instructions of aluminum honeycomb panel, indicating the processing flow, requirements of aluminum honeycomb core, requirements and construction process of adhesive materials, mold drawing of special-shaped parts, construction process of aluminum honeycomb panel, and how to follow up the processing, etc.
J. provide drawings of accessories, installation drawings and installation requirements.
K. proofread the technical documents prepared by other personnel.
L. archive the completed drawings and technical documents.
M. guide and solve the difficult problems such as installation of aluminum honeycomb panel on site.
N. answer the machining problem of aluminum honeycomb panel.
