1. Measuring and putting out
(1) Due to the large tolerance of civil construction and the high precision required for the construction of the honeycomb panel, the civil horizontal reference line cannot be completely relied upon. It must be re-measured from the reference axis and level point, and corrected and checked.
(2) According to the design, determine the curtain wall positioning line and grid line position.
(3) Lead the male and female angles of the curtain wall with theodolite or laser vertical instrument, and use the steel wire fixed on the steel bracket as the sign control line.
(4) Use a spirit level and a standard steel tape measure to draw the elevation lines of each layer.
1) Determine the midline of each facade.
2) The measurement error should be controlled during measurement, and the error should not be accumulated.
3) The measurement and discharge should be carried out under the condition that the wind force is not greater than level 4, and measures should be taken to avoid the wind.
4) After the wire is positioned, the control wire should be checked regularly to ensure that the verticality of the honeycomb aluminum plate curtain wall and the position of the metal mullion are correct.
All facade decoration projects should be uniformly placed on the baseline and pay attention to construction coordination.
2. Installation of the column Connect the column with the connector first, and then connect the connector with the embedded part of the main body, and adjust and fix it. The deviation of the installation height of the column should not be greater than 3mm, the deviation of the front-to-rear axis should not be greater than 2mm, and the deviation of the left and right should not be greater than 3mm. The height deviation of the two adjacent columns should not be greater than 3mm, the maximum height deviation of the columns on the same floor should not be greater than 5mm, and the distance deviation of the two adjacent columns should not be greater than 2mm.
