3.Aluminum honeycomb panel Adhesive strength of aluminum honeycomb panel produced by the continuous composite process of thermoplastic film is 3-5 times that of aluminum honeycomb panel produced by the previous two processes. For regular hexagonal honeycomb core, the side length is 4mm. Its adhesion and weather resistance are good, and its peeling strength decreases little after 1 year of use.
Due to continuous production, aluminum honeycomb panels are highly efficient and can meet short-term high-volume supply requirements. The disadvantage of this process is the high cost of the planar continuous thermal laminator equipment and the huge investment. Thermoplastic adhesive film is a special type of hot-melt adhesive film. The adhesive film itself must have high cohesive strength and tensile strength, so that the aluminum honeycomb panel can be firmly bonded. If a general hot-melt adhesive film is used, the adhesive strength is very low, and the 180 °peel strength value is only 3N/mm.
