(1) For the production of honeycomb panel ducts and components, pure honeycomb panels or rust-proof aluminum alloy panels shall be used.
(2) When processing, the surface of the honeycomb panel air duct and components shall not be scribed, and there shall be no defects such as scratches to avoid damaging the oxide film on the surface of the honeycomb panel. When placing the material for stakeout, you cannot use the metal stylus to scribe the surface. Use the template to sew. If you want to scribe the surface, use a pencil or a color pen.
(3) When the thickness of the honeycomb panel is less than 1.5 mm, the joining method may be a snapping. Since the honeycomb panel itself is inferior in elasticity, it is not suitable to use a snap-type bite.
(4) When the thickness of the honeycomb panel is greater than 1.5 mm, the connection method may be gas welding or cage arc welding (hydrogen arc welding is superior to gas welding), and a welding wire matching the base material should be used. Before welding, the scale and dirt on the welding joint should be removed. The welding time should not be too long. After welding, hot water should be used to clean the residual slag and flux on the surface of the weld. Welds should be firm and free from defects such as soldering and soldering.
(5) For the connection of honeycomb panel ducts, aluminum flanges shall be used. The flange material specifications of honeycomb panel ducts shall comply with Table 2-20. When using carbon steel flanges, the material should be treated according to the design requirements. Aluminum rivets are used when the duct is riveted to the flange. The connection of the honeycomb panel duct is not suitable for the flangeless connection method.
