1. In terms of structure, the curtain wall aluminum veneer is a single-layer product, and the aluminum honeycomb panel is a composite product.
The aluminum honeycomb panel is composed of upper and lower layers of aluminum thin plates combined with an honeycomb core through an adhesive. The honeycomb core material can made of PC (polycarbonate), PP (polypropylene), aluminum etc.Due to its special structure, it can increase the compressive strength and has a high weight ratio.
2. Different shape ductility
Because the curtain wall aluminum veneer is a one-layer product, it is easier to process and shape, and the modeling level is relatively strong; while the honeycomb panel is more singular due to the limited processing of its own products.
3. The installation and processing technology is different
The honeycomb aluminum plate adopts a buckle cover system, and two types of processing techniques can be selected: hidden glue seams and glue seams exposed. Since the interference of thermal expansion and contraction on the surface has been taken into account, the surface can expand and contract in 4 directions at will, which is very large. To a certain extent, the interference of temperature stress on the surface flatness is reduced; because the ordinary single-layer aluminum plate is an exposed joint system, when installed on the keel, the temperature stress cannot be properly released.
4. Color
The curtain wall aluminum veneer has many color types, which can be processed and customized, and the color selection is more diverse; while the honeycomb aluminum veneer is processed by the roller coating process, and the color type is not as rich as the aluminum veneer.
