Aluminum Honeycomb panel are practical in terms of environmental protection, shape, aesthetics, installation time, etc. In fact, the installation method of honeycomb panel is easier than traditional decoration materials. In recent,our company use aluminum honeycomb panel to decorate office.
Here are some common installtion type of aluminum honeycomb panels.
1. Ear type
This installation method is separated from the lifting lugs and the honeycomb panel. After the lifting lugs are processed separately, they are connected to the glue seam position of the honeycomb panel. The suitable width of the glue seam is ≥12mm. This installation method makes the processing simple and the installation convenient.
2. Flanging
This installation method is to process the installation flanging when the aluminum honeycomb panel is processed. The installation only needs to comfort the connection with the keel and the glue seam. The suitable glue seam width is ≥10mm. This method is convenient for installation, but the processing is slightly more complicated. Not suitable for modeling curtain wall panels.
3. Buckle type
This node is of the aluminum buckle type, the buckle is a specific profile, and the installation is simple, but this method requires a high precision in plate processing, and it is not recommended to be used for plates with a length greater than 3000mm. According to the width of the buckle, there are 20mm and 40mm stitches in the middle of the board.
